Each training is tailored to the unique needs of the organization and may include topics such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Positive Behavior Supports, de-escalation strategies, creating inclusive learning environments, social-emotional learning, and restorative circles.  Sessions emphasize collaboration, reflection, and real-world application, equipping teams with strategies they can immediately implement in classrooms and programs.
