3. Fees & Payment

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our services require individualized planning, scheduling, and staff preparation, the following policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a reschedule or service credit

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund and may result in forfeiture of the session

No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are non-refundable and may be billed in full
Refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. In limited circumstances, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at the discretion of Character & Community.
