Individualized Services
One-on-one supports tailored to the specific needs of your child, family, or educational team.
Services are typically scheduled in 60–90 minute sessions.

This service is designed to establish a clear starting point for understanding a child’s needs and determining appropriate next steps for support.
This service marks the beginning of the support process. Following intake and consent, we gather meaningful information through observation, data collection, and collaboration with families to better understand a child’s strengths, needs, and learning environment.
Information from this session is used to inform planning and may contribute to an individualized support plan designed to:
-
Encourage positive behavior change
-
Strengthen communication and self-regulation skills
-
Equip families with effective, realistic strategies

This service is designed to establish a clear understanding of a child’s strengths, needs, and the factors influencing learning and behavior to guide effective, individualized support.
Assessments provide the foundation for effective support. We use assessment to better understand a child’s strengths, needs, and the factors influencing learning and behavior. This information guides thoughtful, individualized planning across home, school, and community settings.
All services include standard assessment tools and data collection to inform planning. When children require deeper analysis or more intensive support, families may select a comprehensive or formal assessment option.
Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
A Functional Behavior Assessment is a structured process used to identify the purpose or function of behavior. Through observation, interviews, and data analysis, we examine patterns, triggers, and environmental factors that influence behavior.
Families receive a clear, evidence-based summary with practical recommendations to support positive behavior change at home and in educational settings.
Comprehensive Developmental & Behavioral Assessment
Comprehensive assessments provide a holistic review of a child’s developmental and behavioral profile, including communication, social-emotional, cognitive, and adaptive skills.
Families receive a detailed summary highlighting strengths, priority areas for support, and actionable next steps to guide intervention planning and goal development.
The type and level of assessment used is determined collaboratively based on the child’s needs, family input, and the scope of services being considered.

This service is designed to provide ongoing, individualized support to help children build, practice, and generalize skills across everyday settings.
Following assessment and planning, families may enroll in ongoing, individualized support services designed to help children practice and generalize skills in real-life settings.
Services are delivered on a weekly basis and guided by the child’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Support is tailored to the child’s developmental level, goals, and environment, with sessions taking place in the home, community, or other natural settings.
Intervention focuses on:
-
Strengthening communication, social, and self-regulation skills
-
Teaching functional replacement behaviors
-
Supporting participation in daily routines, peer interactions, and community activities
Services may be provided by trained professionals, including special educators, SEL coaches, and behavior support staff, within a structured, evidence-based framework grounded in PBIS and ABA principles.
When appropriate, children receiving individualized services may participate in select group or social activities alongside their support provider to promote generalization and social engagement.
This service is available for children beginning at 2.5 years of age through adolescence, with supports evolving over time. Transition planning is incorporated as appropriate to promote independence and long-term success.
Service providers are trained and supervised to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with each child’s plan of support.

This service helps parents and caregivers build practical strategies to promote positive behavior, consistency, and skill development at home.
This service empowers parents and caregivers with practical strategies to support positive behavior and consistency within daily routines. Sessions focus on applying PBIS and ABA principles to strengthen communication, reinforce learned skills, and support meaningful, lasting progress.
Family Training & Coaching may be scheduled as a standalone one-on-one parent coaching service or bundled with ongoing PBIS support sessions to promote collaboration, alignment, and carryover across settings.
Child & Family Advocacy
(Professional Representation)

This service is designed to support families in navigating the special education process with confidence and clarity.
Parent Advocacy includes a detailed review and explanation of a child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP), with attention to assessments, services, goals, accommodations, and placement recommendations.
Professional advocacy and representation may be provided to support parents during IEP meetings and school-based planning sessions, ensuring that families feel informed, prepared, and supported in decision-making.
Services are available virtually or in person, based on each family’s needs.
Group Programs & Skill-Building Opportunities
Structured small-group experiences designed to build social, emotional, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
Groups run on scheduled days and have limited enrollment.

This program supports young children in developing early socialization skills through guided, play-based group experiences.
Curated Early Socialization Groups are designed for infants and young children to explore a shared learning environment, engage in play, and begin interacting with peers in a supportive, structured setting. Sessions emphasize play, exploration, routine, and positive early experiences with other children.
Prior to participation, families complete an intake process to help us better understand each child’s temperament, developmental needs, and areas of support. This information allows us to thoughtfully group children and create an environment that is as supportive, responsive, and comfortable as possible for both children and caregivers.
Groups are intentionally small and facilitated by trained staff who support play, model interactions, and help create predictable, nurturing routines. While the program is not therapeutic in nature, it is informed by early childhood best practices and developmentally appropriate learning models.
Curated Early Socialization Groups are ideal for children approximately 2.5 to 5 years of age who would benefit from early peer exposure, play-based learning, and opportunities to socialize in a structured group setting.

This program helps children build social confidence and essential peer interaction skills through structured, small-group experiences.
Social Skills Squad provides a supportive, engaging environment where children practice communication, cooperation, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills alongside peers. Sessions are intentionally designed to promote real-world application through guided activities, role-play, games, and facilitated group interactions.
Groups are developmentally appropriate and led by trained professionals who model, prompt, and reinforce positive social behaviors while encouraging participation and peer connection.
Social Skills Squad runs on a scheduled basis with limited enrollment to ensure individualized attention within the group setting. Program details, age groupings, and session availability may vary.
Character & Community Club

This program supports children in developing character, social responsibility, and positive peer relationships through structured group experiences.
Character & Community Club provides opportunities for children to build confidence, cooperation, self-awareness, and leadership skills while engaging in meaningful group activities. Sessions emphasize respect, accountability, problem-solving, and emotional regulation within a supportive, community-centered environment.
Activities may include collaborative projects, guided discussions, social games, and community-based learning experiences designed to encourage participation, connection, and personal growth.
Character & Community Club runs on a scheduled basis and is intended for children who benefit from structure, positive role models, and opportunities to practice social-emotional skills in a group setting.

This program supports children and adolescents in building social, emotional, and functional skills through immersive, technology-based learning experiences.
The Virtual Reality Skill-Building Program uses Floreo® virtual reality software to provide structured, interactive simulations that allow participants to practice real-world skills in a safe, engaging environment. Scenarios may include social interactions, emotional regulation, communication, daily living skills, and community-based situations.
The program is designed to support skill development, confidence, and generalization by allowing participants to rehearse situations repeatedly with guided support and feedback. Instruction is facilitated by trained staff who help connect virtual practice to real-life application.
This program may be offered as a standalone service or embedded within Social Skills Squad and Character & Community Club programming.
Sessions are available in person or virtually, based on family preference and program availability.
The Virtual Reality Skill-Building Program is designed primarily for children ages 5–14, with older adolescents considered on a case-by-case basis depending on individual needs and program fit.
